Established in 1999, AJ's Offroad Armor continues to grow more every year thanks to your input and ideas. You, the customer, are an integral part of this business and have a direct influence on the direction we take.
All of our bumpers and rockrails are built using production grade jigs and fixtures to provide the best fit and quality. All tube is bent using a mandrel hydraulic bender for smooth, kink free bends. We use jigs in our drill press so every mounting hole is exactly where it should be. We machine most every piece we use and only select the best when we need to purchase elsewhere. Where applicable we've made our own press dies for formed pieces; anything to increase quality along the way. It doesn't end there, our shop is outfitted by Miller (MIG welder), Hypertherm (plasma cutter), JD2 bender dies, slugcutters to help put out a quality product.
I've been into customizing since I was a teenager, mechanics, metal work, electronics... just about everything involving cars. My experience includes building a custom motorcycle from the ground up, custom car audio system, fiberglass work, hand hammered metal sculptures and of course a lot of metal repair and fabrication. I'm always looking for a challenge!
