LIFETIME WARRANTY/POLICY
Here's all the fine print!
We back up all of our products with a lifetime warranty on workmanship and overall structure. If you have a problem, give us a call and we'll take care of you. For warranty repairs/replacement, the customer is responsible for shipping back to us, we will pay shipping of the repaired/replaced piece back to you. It's as simple as that.
As these products are built for offroad use and abuse, we do not cover anything that has been modified or owned by anyone else other than the original purchaser. We do not cover "little stuff" like dents or scrapes or damage to any powdercoat or material you put on the product itself. Common sense.
Our General Policy
No returns after 30 days and all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Consumer is responsible for return shipping if they wish to have a refund.
Any downpayment made on custom work is non-refundable.
